1. Who can use AlphaDrama
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm that you can accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. Your account
Keep your login details safe and tell us at once if you think someone else has access to your account. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person may not create multiple accounts to collect sign-up credits.
3. Credits and payments
Generation in AlphaDrama uses credits. The price of each image, second of video or voice clip is shown before you generate it. New accounts may receive starter credits, which can change or end at any time.
Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and may expire if stated when you obtain them. When a generation fails for technical reasons, the credits for it are returned to your balance.
When paid plans are offered, payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Prices, billing periods and any refund rights will be shown at checkout and follow applicable consumer law.
4. Your content
You keep the rights you have in the text, images, video and audio you upload ("Input"). Subject to these Terms and the rights of others, you may use the videos, images and other results you create with the Service ("Output"), including for commercial purposes.
You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process and display your Input and Output only as needed to provide, secure and improve the Service. If you choose to make a work public on AlphaDrama, you also allow us to display it on the Service and in our marketing until you make it private or delete it.
You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload, including permission from any real person whose face, voice or likeness appears in your Input.
5. AI-generated results
Output is created by AI models and may be inaccurate, similar to content made for other users, or not what you expected. Review every result before you publish it. Label AI-generated content where the platform or law requires it.
We do not guarantee that Output is free of third-party rights, and you are responsible for how you use it.
6. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may remove content, limit features or suspend accounts that break it.
7. Copyright complaints
If you believe content on AlphaDrama infringes your rights, email [email protected] with the location of the content, a description of your work and your contact details. We review every notice and remove content where appropriate.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers, including cloud hosting and AI model providers. Their availability can change, and we may switch providers or models to keep the Service working.
9. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, put others at risk or create legal exposure for us. Where we close an account without a breach on your part, we will refund unused paid credits as required by law.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AlphaDrama is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Vietnam, unless the consumer protection laws of your country give you the right to bring a claim where you live.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in the Service before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
